Alternate World Diego Brando disrupts All-Star Battle R competition

JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: All-Star Battle R’s fourth and final DLC character for the current season pass is Parallel World Diego Brando from Steel Ball Run. Developed by Bandai Namco and CyberConnect2, the game introduces this antagonist from JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure’s seventh part.

Parallel World Diego wields the Stand THE WORLD, which grants him the ability to stop time for 5 seconds. He is summoned by Funny Valentine to confront Johnny Joestar. The character is voiced by Takehito Koyasu, who also voiced the original Diego Brando and Dio Brando, and returns from his appearance in Eyes of Heaven.

More details about Parallel World Diego will be revealed on June 11. The previous DLC characters included in the season pass were Risotto Nero, Rudol von Stroheim, and Keicho Nijimura.

JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: All-Star Battle R, a remaster of the original game, was released on September 1, 2022, for PC and consoles. It features over 50 characters, celebrating the series’ 35th anniversary and the anime’s 10th anniversary. The game is available on various platforms, including Steam, PlayStation, Xbox, and Nintendo Switch.
