Soul Eater marks its 15th anniversary with a special program and a revealed visual

Anime fans, mark your calendars for April 7, 2023, as the Soul Eater anime series celebrates its 15th anniversary with a special program. The announcement was made by Bones Store’s official Twitter account, which also revealed that the program will feature new merchandise and other surprises for fans of the show.

The event will commemorate the premiere of the Soul Eater anime on April 7, 2008. Animated by the renowned studio Bones, which is responsible for other hit anime adaptations like My Hero Academia, Mob Psycho 100, and Full Metal Alchemist, the series became a popular favorite among anime fans worldwide. To mark the occasion, the studio has created a special visual to promote the anniversary fair, which was designed by the anime’s character designer and chief animation director, Yoshiyuki Ito.

As the studio that produced the anime, Bones Store has been known to hold anniversary events and limited edition merchandise for their various shows. They have previously held seasonal events for My Hero Academia, as well as anniversary events for shows such as The Case Study of Vanitas and Darker Than Black. The series follows the story of Maka, a Meister, and her Weapon partner, Soul, who are a formidable team against the monsters and ghouls that feed on innocent souls. The series has a total of 51 episodes and was well-received by fans of the manga series.
